It is a U.S.-based, volunteer-driven, not- for-profit organization that provides a gateway for young professionals, including scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs worldwide, to explore career opportunities in academia andindustry in India.

We support young professionals by organizing informative annual events, hosting satellite and regional meetings, webinars, podcasts, blogs, newsletters, and maintaining a comprehensive online portal. Our mission is to promote awareness about career andentrepreneurial opportunities in India and the latest STEM activities.

Our focus areas include:

• Information on diverse research-based career opportunities in India.
• Updates on the funding landscape, including available sources and aid options.
• Guidance on application procedures for funding and career opportunities: eligibility,
  deadlines, and expected outcomes.
• Collaboration and networking opportunities with U.S.-based labs and academic-industry
  partnerships.
• Details on incubator facilities at host institutions and job security during start-up phases.
• Insights into nontraditional career opportunities in India.

These events will bring together a diverse group of administrative leaders, researchers, policymakers, funding agencies, and industry representatives from established companies and startups. Discussions will cover funding opportunities, recruitment practices, career transitions back to India, and networking opportunities. We anticipate a turnout of around 200 attendees representing national, private, and international institutions serving the Indian research diaspora.
