ABOUT CONFERENCE
Ayurveda, the ancient Indian system of medicine, has been practiced for thousands of years and is based on holistic principles aimed at promoting health and preventing diseases. It encompasses a comprehensive understanding of the human body, medicinal herbs, dietary practices, lifestyle recommendations, and therapeutic techniques. Despite its longstanding history and proven efficacy, Ayurveda has often faced scepticism from the scientific community due to the lack of rigorous scientific validation and standardization of its practices.
On the other hand, biomedical research has made significant strides in understanding diseases, developing new drugs, and advancing medical technologies. Biotechnological tools and techniques have revolutionized healthcare by enabling precise diagnosis, targeted therapies, and personalized medicine.
Recognizing the immense potential for synergy between Ayurveda and biomedical research, there has been a growing interest in exploring the scientific basis of Ayurvedic principles and integrating them with modern medical practices. This interest has led to the organization of international conferences focusing on biotechnological applications in Ayurveda and biomedical research.
The aims of the conference are to achieve the following objectives:
- To facilitate collaboration and networking among researchers and professionals working on biotechnological applications in Ayurveda and biomedical sciences.
- To disseminate cutting-edge research findings, innovative methodologies, and novel approaches in biotechnology and Ayurveda to revolutionize healthcare practices.
- To identify and discuss the challenges and opportunities in integrating biotechnology in Ayurveda and biomedical sciences concerning addressing regulatory, ethical, and commercialization issues and explore potential solutions.
- To bridge the gap between traditional Ayurvedic practices and modern biotechnology to improve healthcare outcomes.
- To bring together stakeholders from academia, industry, and regulatory bodies to exchange perspectives and discuss policy implications.

- Keynote Addresses: Highlight the potential of biotechnological applications in Ayurvedic formulations and diagnostics.
- Scientific Sessions: Presentations by renowned researchers on various topics, including Genomic Approaches, Metabolomics, and Ayurveda, Integrating Systems Biology, Bioinformatics Tools, Role of Epigenetics in Ayurveda, etc.
- Panel Discussions: Interactive discussions involving experts from academia, industry, and regulatory agencies to address challenges, collaborations, and opportunities in the field.
- Oral Paper Presentation: Best three oral presenters will be awarded first, second and third prize for the best presentation and research work.
